Green, full of super foods and a great way to kick start your day! Even if you’re allergic to in vogue fads you really should give this a try, its a great way to get naturally formed vitamins into your diet which is key for living a long and healthy life.

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 250ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 Tsp. Matcha Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Bean Paste (optional)
  • ½ Tbsp. Honey

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz away until smooth! It’s best to use Frozen Bananas as they help give a great consistency to the Smoothie. Pour into a glass with Ice Cubes and top with another sprinkle of Matcha Powder. I usually just place peel and slice two up the night before and place them in the freezer to use in the morning!

This smoothie is also great with added fruit – equally delicious with 100grams of Pineapple added along with the Bananas if you fancy a Pina Colada type vibe!
